Giggle Academy and American Legion Charities have announced a $ 2 million partnership to launch a new scholarship initiative aimed at supporting the children of America’s fallen and disabled service members through training in blockchain and artificial intelligence (AI).
The program will provide up to $ 20,000 in educational grants to underrated students from military families, especially those affected by a parent’s death or disability in the duty of duty. At its core, an annual competition is centered on practical blockchain and AI questions under the theme: “What is broken and how would you fix it?”
Founded in 2024 by tech entrepreneur and Binance founder Changpen Zhao (CZ), and Giggle Academy offer a free, gamified, AI-driven educational platform that focuses on the real world, job clear skills such as emotional intelligence, economics, negotiation and technical literature, without the obstacles of formal schooling or more expensive recordings.
“I chose to begin this scholarship program with children in American military families because these young people know what service looks like,” Cz said. “They have seen its costs up close. They carry with them against, discipline and often grief – but also a culture of selfless leadership. If we start from scratch to reintroduce education to the underestimated, let’s start with the children whose parents gave everything – and still fell through the cracks.”
With over 2 million military children after 9/11 in the United States and 750 million illiterate adults globally, according to the announcement, the initiative aims to tackle long -term education holes. The American Legion, with over a century of veteran family support, brings inheritance and confidence in the mission.
“Military families sacrifice and serve, but are often overlooked, especially when the uniforms have come off,” said American Legion. “We are grateful that the Giggle Academy joins us to say to those who gave their lives to our freedoms and to their children” You are not forgotten. ”” ”
This fellow program connects military children to the next generation learning tools and an adaptive syllabus built for those who have been exposed to life’s toughest challenges.
