Joseph Parker’s promoter David Higgins has questioned Oleksandr Usyk’s damage in the midst of a stand-off in combat negotiations.
Usyk, the undisputed world champion in world weight, has requested an extension to the deadline for conversations for a WBO bosom bond match against parks due to an injury.
But recording has recently emerged on social media in the Ukrainian dance at a music concert.
Parks Promotor Higgins told Sky Sports: “I haven’t actually seen medical proof but you would think a serious injury would prevent that kind of activity.”
Unsk and Parker is not yet open conversations to the match, which was originally ordered on July 24 with a 30-day window to agree on conditions before a wallet.
“As for me, things are exactly as they were,” Higgins said. “In boxing, nothing surprises me.”
Parker, a former WBO champion, can challenge for all the big titles of the Usyk if the match goes on.
New Zealander has earned its opportunity after victories over Deontay Wilder, Zhilei Zhang and Martin Bakole.
“Joseph just wants to fight, and then he waits to fight,” Higgins said.
“He is focused, prepared and ready to fight anyone anywhere, and he waits for it to land.
“Joseph would like to fight this year with certainty as soon as possible.”
After examination by Sky Sports, the Usyk’s promotional team rejected to comment.
USYK has earned the right to ‘choose its own future’
Serhii Lapin, director of Usyk’s team and CEO of Ready to Fight, previously suggested that the undisputed world champion would not be rushed into his next career relocation.
“Throughout his professional career, both Oleksandr Usyk and our entire team have proven that we respect all potential opponents as well as the rules that control professional boxing,” Lapin told Ready to fight.
“Over the past year and a half, Usyk has achieved a historical achievement by becoming the undisputed heavyweight master twice. It required a huge physical and mental effort and great victim.
“The master has earned the chance to let his body recover from the effects of a punishing training regime and from injuries that are often invisible to the outside world. And ultimately just to rest and spend time with his family.
“Most importantly, he has earned the right to choose his own future – and take the time he needs to make this decision. So guys, don’t push the horses.”
